A2 & B1 Fire-Rated ACP: High-Performance Safety Panels

Product Overview 

Alu NJJX™ A2 and B1 Fire-Rated Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) are developed for architectural applications where enhanced fire performance, durability and design flexibility are required. Designed for exterior façades, curtain walls and public buildings, our fire-rated ACP combines aluminium skins with specially formulated mineral-based cores to provide improved resistance to ignition and flame spread compared with conventional PE-core panels.

Our A2 Fire-Rated Aluminium Composite Panel uses a high-mineral-content core engineered for significantly enhanced fire performance. Selected configurations are available with fire classification of EN 13501-1 A2-s1,d0, subject to the specific product construction and corresponding test documentation.

For projects requiring an economical solution with enhanced fire resistance, our B1 Fire-Retardant Aluminium Composite Panel uses a mineral-filled flame-retardant core designed to reduce combustibility and flame spread compared with standard PE-core ACP. Fire-performance requirements and classifications can be supplied according to the applicable testing standard and project specification.

In addition to standard dimensions, customized panel sizes, aluminium skin thicknesses, colours and finishes are available according to project requirements. Our production capability supports extra-wide panels up to 2,000 mm, providing greater flexibility for large-format architectural façades and helping reduce visible panel joints.

The panels can be cut, routed, folded and fabricated using conventional ACP processing methods, allowing architects and façade contractors to achieve a wide variety of architectural forms while meeting specified fire-performance requirements.
