Product Overview
Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a lightweight, rigid and versatile architectural material widely used for exterior cladding, curtain walls, interior decoration, signage and commercial applications.
At Alu NJJX™, our aluminium composite panels are manufactured with two aluminium alloy sheets bonded to a polyethylene (PE) or mineral-filled fire-retardant (FR) core. The composite structure provides excellent flatness, durability and ease of fabrication while maintaining a relatively low overall weight.
For exterior architectural applications, we offer PVDF-coated aluminium composite panels with excellent resistance to UV exposure, weathering, corrosion and temperature changes. PE coating is also available for interior decoration and other applications where long-term exterior weather resistance is not required.
For projects with specific fire-safety requirements, Alu NJJX™ offers B1 fire-retardant and A2 fire-rated aluminium composite panels, with different core formulations available according to project requirements and applicable testing standards.
Our ACP is available in thicknesses from 3 mm to 8 mm, with various aluminium skin thicknesses, colours and surface finishes. In addition to conventional panel dimensions, our production capability supports extra-wide panels up to 2,000 mm, providing greater design flexibility for large-format façades and architectural applications while reducing the number of panel joints.
A wide selection of finishes is available, including solid colours, metallic colours, brushed aluminium, mirror finishes, wood grain, marble and other decorative patterns. Custom colours, dimensions and surface treatments can also be produced according to project requirements.
